I was a patient at this clinic for over 5 years and had consistently trusted their care. My recent experience, however, raises serious concerns about patient safety, transparency, and professional standards. I was not informed in advance that the clinic had changed ownership or that a different dentist would perform my procedure. I only became aware of this after I was already in the treatment room, which did not provide a genuine opportunity for informed consent. During the procedure, I experienced unusual and significant pain, along with multiple issues that raised serious concerns regarding the surgeon’s experience and the overall standard of care provided by the clinical team.Following the treatment, I discovered that a neighboring tooth,unrelated to the procedure,had been damaged. This was not disclosed to me at any point. I reported this to the clinic afterward, and it is on record. While the clinic offered to repair the damage, I am not comfortable returning. More concerning is the lack of accountability in their response, which focused on justifying the situation rather than addressing the harm caused. Given my long-standing history with this clinic, I gave them the opportunity to respond appropriately. Unfortunately, their response did not meet a reasonable standard of responsibility. I will be pursuing this matter through appropriate formal channels.
